Villas Saito, San Fulgencio, Guardamar del Segura

Villas Saito is part of our newest project which will have several phases in the beautiful town of San Fulgencio. The town is well established with very little building going on so you know you are in a privileged place. San Fulgencio just short of 9km from the seaside town of Guardamar, with it's long white sandy beaches and elegant harbour with many bars, shops and restaurants liining it's seafront. Nevertheless, although San Fulgencio is a small town it does also have its fair share of entertainment and amenities as well as a varied cultural heritage that can be visited at its archeological museum as well as a very new theatre building.

Villas Saito lies just outside the main streets of the town so everyday shopping for groceries is a short walk into the town with no need for the car and for those longer trips, say, to the airport, the A7 motorway link is about 8 minutes away in the car. This road will take you to Alicante airport in under 30 minutes.

The villas themselves are ample 3 bedroom 2 bathroom homes, one of the bathrooms is en suite to the master bedroom and all rooms have fitted wardrobes. The living/ dining room has an elegant open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and we have made the ceiling higher to give a sense of space and light to this part of the house.
